Web Developer

If you have at least two years of experience with CSS, XHTML, PHP and MySQL inside and out, and don’t design with tables you’ve peaked our interest. The right candidate will be able to:

Manage the entire web design process from concept to production. Work extensively with Director to ensure success of all products. Flash is not a requirement but a plus.
A strong practical business sense is essential as is a demonstrated ability to work effectively with many different teams to deliver completed projects.
Hand-coded HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Server side scripting including one or more of: PHP, JSP, ASP, Perl.
Demonstrated knowledge of XML
Knowledge of basic server-client interactions and web-creation and delivery flow schemes.
Excellent organization, attention to detail and desire for quality.
Demonstrated high level of productivity, motivation and efficiency.

At least8 years experience as a web Designer/Art Director with a proven understanding of interface web design principles.

Expert working knowledge of Macromedia Flash MX, Actionscript 2 and OOP based programming

Business Development

Requirements:

As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for successfully driving our company's expansion efforts from strategy to implementation. You will build on the results we have seen to date and work cross-functionally and with other strategic planning team members to ensure our continued success.

Daily activities include developing market entry strategies, participating in client development activity, managing a variety of marketing programs, and analyzing the ROI of these efforts. You will also have direct P&L responsibility for these expansion efforts, which will require you to monitor, manage and accelerate our revenue ramp.

The New Business Development Manager position is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, entrepreneurial, independent thinking person with the energy and strong ability to successfully lead projects and an incredible passion to win.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead development and implementation of market entry strategies
Participate in client development activities
Develop and manage online marketing programs
